Select “Other” from the dropdown menu, provide your name, email address and state along with your request for a new agent, and a Customer Care Center team member will be in contact with further details.
If you have an account on Farmers.com, you may log into your account and start your request for a new agent via live chat, Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 11:00 pm CST and Saturday and Sunday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm CST.
If you do not have an agent in mind, our Customer Care Center or chat team can help you conduct a new agent search based on your geographic location and preferences. If you already have selected a new agent, please feel free to reach out directly to that agent.
