Paintless dent repair (PDR) is an industry-accepted repair process for the removal of hail damage, dents and dings from a vehicle’s exterior surface without disturbing the existing paint finish.
The process uses specially-designed tools to apply pressure and gently massage the underside of the dent, reforming body metal back to its original condition. In some cases, the damage can be repaired by applying a specialized tab to the exterior panel and using a pulling technique from the topside.
The Farmers program uses the dynamic and innovative services of two nationally recognized leaders in PDR: Dent Wizard International (DWI) and Paintless Auto Body Repair Specialist (PARS).
Dent Wizard International
Founded in 1983 and based out of Missouri, Dent Wizard International has grown to become the world leader in paintless dent removal. They will mobilize their teams in as little as 24 hours after storms hit to the affected areas.
