  • The repair facility evaluates the damage and writes an estimate.
  • The repair facility explains the process and all questions are answered.
  • You schedule a repair date that is convenient for you.
  • HelpPoint®  Claim Services will arrange a rental vehicle for those with appropriate coverage.

2. Repair Process

  • Drop off your vehicle on the scheduled date.
  • The repair facility will inform you of the progress of the repairs.
