Our Mobile Claims Center fleet

From tornados in Missouri to hailstorms in Texas, from hurricanes in Alabama to wildfires in California, the Farmers Mobile Claims Center fleet continues to provide immediate claims service to customers, and also water, food, telephones, blankets, toys and helpful services to customers and non-customers alike.

In addition, our catastrophe claims specialists are trained at the University of Farmers. Our claims teams are equipped with the latest technology to serve our customers efficiently and immediately.

The Mobile Claims Center Bus

The Mobile Claims Center Bus is a rolling, high-tech customer support center designed to meet disaster victims’ needs in a time of crisis.

The Mobile Claims Center Bus enables the Farmers Claims teams to offer comfort when it is needed most - everything from printing out a check for temporary hotel housing for a Farmers customer, to providing hot meals for evacuees and emergency responders, to handing out toothbrushes and bottled water, to helping families find their lost pets. In addition, satellite technology allows disaster victims to make calls or go online to contact love ones.
