Exchange,
Truck Insurance Exchange and Fire Insurance Exchange. The management
company is not, however, an owner of these insurers. In addition,
Farmers New World Life Insurance Company is a subsidiary of Farmers
Group, Inc.

located in Grand Rapids Michigan, was acquired in March 2000. It
is a leader in the industry, in insuring specialty products such
as mobile homes, motor homes, travel trailers and specialty dwellings.
Farmers New World Life Insurance Company, headquartered in Mercer
Island, Washington, has a proud history stretching back to 1910, when the
company started as New World Life Insurance Company. It was acquired by
Farmers in 1953 and today offers a wide range of products from a fully
flexible universal life product to traditional term and whole life plans
and annuities.

(F.A.C.T.) was established
in 1995 to fulfill our commitment to serve the underserved communities
of California and to supplement the efforts of agents in those areas.
Farmers Financial Solutions, LLC. was created by Farmers in 1999 so that agents
could offer customers a wide array of financial products.
The Bristol West Insurance Group, based in Davie, Fla., became a part of the
Farmers Insurance Group of Companies in July 2007. Bristol West began providing
private passenger Auto insurance to Florida residents in 1973, and since
that time, it has grown to be a leading provider of liability and physical
damage insurance - focusing exclusively on private passenger vehicles across
the United States.
