Farmers FASGLAS® is a national program with over 12,000 participating glass shops that provide auto and home glass replacement and repair services.

Upon contacting Farmers HelpPoint® (800-435-7764), a claims representative will explain the FASGLAS® program and honor your preference for a repair facility. With FASGLAS®, we can link you directly to a local vendor who will be able to schedule an appointment at one of many in-shop facilities, or arrange to have the repair or replacement completed at your home or work, whichever is convenient for you

For home glass claims, the FASGLAS® vendor will arrange for the technician to be dispatched directly to your home.

Customers participating in the FASGLAS® program receive a warranty from the glass service provider. Farmers will stand behind the warranty offered by the glass service provider should you not be satisfied with the quality of work performed.
