As a new hire, you will participate in an orientation program to help you learn more about the Company, including Company history and products, and important Company policies and procedures. The orientation will also provide an overview of items important to the employee, such as employee benefits, compensation, and performance expectations.  

The Claims Exchange New Employee Orientation consists of two parts: Part One is an on-line learning course containing six modules provided through the University of Farmers On-Line, and Part Two is a Webinar, hosted by Human Resources, which is held every Wednesday. Both parts of the orientation take about two hours each, and must be completed within the first few days/weeks of hire.

As the #2 Corporate Training organization in world (designated by Training magazine), the University of Farmers offers plenty of opportunities for you to do just that.  You can develop yourself through online courses at the University of Farmers Online or even through classroom training at your location or at one of the University of Farmers locations.  You will receive more information about your development opportunities from your supervisor  once you start.
