In some states, the Department of Insurance may mandate that insurance carriers extend payment periods or do not cancel policies for a period of time. If your state’s rules allow you greater payment flexibility than what we’ve outlined above, we will honor that state’s rule.

If your policy is renewing and you need additional time to pay, please contact us and we will extend your due date until at least May 1, 2020, and waive any late fees. If you have Flood Insurance written through the National Flood Insurance Program

FEMA is offering a 120-day grace period for renewal payments and additional premium payments for underpayment notices. If a policy has an expiration date or underpayment notice dated between February 13, 2020, and June 15, 2020, renewal premiums or additional premium payments must be received by the NFIP insurer within 120 days of the expiration date to avoid a lapse in coverage.

What happens if I pay later?

We’re offering you additional time to pay while still honoring your coverage. However, your premium for this coverage will continue to accumulate. If you are able to pay your bill on time, or even a portion of your bill, we recommend you do so to prevent a large balance due when normal billing for your type of policy resumes.

Are You a Delivery Driver?

We’re automatically extending coverage, for no additional charge, to customers with Farmers Auto and Motorcycle policies who have started making food, grocery, pharmacy and medical supply deliveries using their personal vehicles through April 30, 2020.
