We’ve now made it easier to file a claim for your home, auto or specialty product, such as a boat or RV. All that is needed to get started is to visit Farmers.com*.  As you upload your information, a streamlined claim reporting process asks questions to help you supply key details about your claim. As you answer these questions it will also:
 

  • Assign your claim to a claims representative and schedule needed services such as vehicle direct repair, rental and home emergency mitigation.
  • Provide a summary of key facts including claims representative contact information and when you can expect to be contacted.
  • Automatically notify your agent of the claim.


Questions and answers

If filing your claim online makes you nervous, there’s no need to worry. There is a Live Chat feature available with experienced Contact Center associates staffing the chat service weekdays from 8am-10pm and 8am-8pm on Saturdays (Central time). You can always file a claim with your agent or by directly contacting the Farmers Claim department if you prefer.
