Tiffany Hamilton:         In all the disasters that I've seen, one thing that does go overlooked is making sure that people keep their gas tanks full. When hurricane Harvey was headed towards the United States, people spent hours in line at the gas station only to find out that the gas stations had run out of gas. So, rather than already being on the evacuation route, people had to drive around town looking for gas when they should have been evacuating.
