Phoenix, AZ (June 20, 2011) – A specially-equipped Farmers Insurance Customer Care Vehicle (CCV) arrived in Sierra Vista this morning and has begun providing assistance to customers and non-customers, alike, impacted by the catastrophic wildfires that have struck the state.
According to Farmers District Manager Christopher Winters, the CCV will be at the evacuation center at Apache Middle School:

“We will be at this site to help customers and non-customers alike to answer questions, provide information on claims and we have water and communications supplies for those in need,” Winters said.
“Our hearts go out to all the families who have been affected,” stated Frank Soldano, state executive director for Farmers in Arizona. “I want to reassure our customers that Farmers has the resources in place and we are reaching out with help to all of our customers affected by these terrible fires.”
