Reno/Carson City, NV (November 18, 2011) – A specially-equipped Farmers Insurance Customer Care Vehicle (CCV) will join Farmers Insurance claims adjusters, agents, catastrophe corps team members and employees who are on the ground in the Caughlin Ranch fire areas today to help Farmers customers and the public, impacted by the wildfire.
“This wildfire is causing quite a bit of damage in Caughlin Ranch and we are here to work with the families who have been affected,” stated Nate Hildner, state executive director for Farmers in Nevada. “I want to reassure our customers that Farmers has the resources in place and we have already begun to provide help to our customers. We are reaching out to all of our customers in the area and making sure they are being taken care of.”
