Whether or not you are a Farmers policyholder, you can view the status of your claim by selecting one of these options:

If you are a Farmers policyholder and your claim is on your Farmers policy, you may log in to My Farmers and view the status of your claim online. In My Farmers you'll find:

  1. Claims Representative contact information
  2. Claim milestones
  3. Claim payments
  4. Service provider information: rental cars, auto repair facilities, etc.
  5. Sign-up for electronic claim alerts and correspondance
  6. And much more!

If you are a Farmers policyholder and your claim is on another customer’s policy, click here.
