I am writing to express my delight with the customer service at Farmers Insurance Group of Companies.

Let me briefly recount my experience: I just signed up for auto insurance through Farmer's Insurance. My agents, Damon Wedding and Charlie Porter at the Menlo Park, CA office are wonderful to work with. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and give me the down-home kind of service I had when I was living in a small town in Kansas.

Even though I had a n insurance quote from another company for $65 less, I chose Farmers Insurance because of their friendly, personable service.
