Our financial picture
In 1995, Farmers
Group, Inc. listed its Quarterly Income Preferred
Securities (QUIPS) on the New York Stock Exchange
(NYSE). As a result, Farmers Group, Inc. filed periodic
reports including the Form 10-Q and Form 10-K with
the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
On November 25, 2003, Farmers Group, Inc. redeemed
all of its outstanding QUIPS. Following this redemption,
Farmers Group, Inc. had no publicly traded securities.
Farmers Group, Inc. was removed from listing and
registration on the NYSE and terminated its registration
with the SEC effective December 15, 2003. Farmers
Group, Inc. no longer files periodic reports with
the SEC.
