The repair facility explains the process and all questions are answered.
You schedule a repair date that is convenient for you.
The Claim Department will arrange a rental vehicle for those with appropriate coverage.
3. Repair Process
Drop off your vehicle on the scheduled date.
The repair facility will inform you of the progress of the repairs.
Any questions regarding vehicle repairs can be handled by contacting the repair facility directly.
4. Vehicle Pick-up
Repairs are completed.
You receive the final repair documents/invoices.
Pay your deductible to the repair facility.
You receive a Certificate of Dependability Lifetime Guarantee.
5. Continuous Improvement
