Farmers Insurance on the scene of fires to help evacuated customers or customers in need of information

Albuquerque, NM—(June 28, 2011)—Farmers Insurance wants all of its customers to know that its agents, claims personnel and emergency hotline are available to answer questions, provide information and especially help anyone who has been evacuated.

“Our hearts go out to all the families who have been affected by the fires,” stated Craig Allin, state executive director for Farmers in New Mexico. “All Farmers Insurance customers who need assistance and have not talked to their Farmers agent, are urged to call the following 24-hour-claims hotline:
1-800-HelpPoint (800-435-7764) for immediate assistance.

Spanish-language claims assistance is available to Farmers customers by calling 877-RECLAMO (877-732-5266).

Foremost Insurance customers can call: 800-527-3907.

21st Century Insurance customers can call: 888-244-6163.
