Farmers Insurance assisting residents in central Arkansas impacted by tornadoes and hail; sets up relief site in Vilonia

Little Rock, AR (April 26, 2011) – Farmers Insurance has begun providing assistance to its customers impacted by the devastating tornado, severe winds and hail which struck central Arkansas. 

“We have mobilized our local agents and a team of specialized claims personnel and equipment to assist those affected by this destructive weather,” said Charles Snyder, state executive director for Farmers in Arkansas.  “In addition, our special HelpPoint representatives have been providing aid to those customers who have called seeking assistance.”

Those seeking in-person assistance are welcome to visit with Farmers personnel at a special relief site the company has set up in central Vilonia. The relief site is located at:
