Tischer, has earned the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) professional designation, which is conferred by The American College and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors to those that meet or exceed their exacting qualifications in the areas of professional competence, ethical conduct and business experience, among others.

Tischer has been serving the Greater Milwaukee community with industry-leading products and insurance services for over 20 years. In addition to being a small business owner, she contributes her time and other resources to the West Allis/West Milwaukee Chamber of Commerce, Sisterhood of West Allis/ West Milwaukee and other community organizations.
