“Farmers Insurance wants to make sure that no student goes cold as we approach the winter season here in northern Nevada,” said Reno-based Farmers Insurance agent John Barsanti . “By supplying the students at Glen Duncan Elementary with winter clothing, our hope is that students can better focus on the most important aspect of their young lives – getting an education.”

In addition, Farmers is giving each student a shirt with the team mascot to show school spirit.

Glen Duncan Elementary is considered an at-risk school and because of economic constraints, parents often have a difficult time providing basic essentials for their children.
