LOS ANGELES, CA (September 28,2011) – Farmers Insurance agent Al Candos, Orland Park, Illinois, has been named the Farmers 2011 Life and Farmers Financial Services Agent of the Year. The award was presented at the annual Presidents Council Conference which celebrates Farmers most elite group of agents and district managers.
“Al Candos is no stranger to awards,” noted Farmers Life Insurance Company
President Jerry Carnahan. “He was honored as our Agent of the Year in 2003, 2007, 2008 and 2009. This year, he has turned in an exemplary record in life insurance and financial services sales by making history and becoming our first agent to qualify for Million Dollar Round Table ‘Top of the Table’ status,” Carnahan said.
“Al Candos has been a consistent contributor during his career and is at the top among successful Farmers agents. He also sets a great example in his community as a significant fundraiser for the March of Dimes, the American Cancer Society and through his work for a local women and children’s crisis center. This is the 21st time in his 28-year career that Candos has been chosen as a member of the Presidents Council. We congratulate Al Candos for his excellent leadership and dedication to his community and to all of his Farmers customers,” Carnahan concluded.
