Phoenix, AZ (June 9, 2011) –A specially-equipped Farmers Insurance Customer Care Vehicle (CCV) has arrived in the eastern Arizona community of Lakeside and has begun providing assistance to customers and non-customers, alike, impacted by the catastrophic wildfires that have struck the state.
“This latest outbreak of wildfires has caused much damage in Arizona and our hearts go out to all the families who have been affected,” stated Frank Soldano, state executive director for Farmers in Arizona. “I want to reassure our customers that Farmers has the resources in place and we have already begun to provide help to our customers. We are reaching out to all of our customers in the area and making sure they are being taken care of.”

The Farmers CCV is equipped to be able to provide immediate, on-the-scene assistance to residents.
